Our Process

Through an innovative building model, Envision Homes can offer the most square feet for the least amount of money through the following practices:

Controlled Volume

Envision Homes only commits to building as many homes as it can finish correctly and on time. Only when insufficiencies are identified and are corrected consistently will the number of homes we build each day increase.

Centralized Scheduling

Most on-site Construction Process Managers have to do a couple of things: inspect quality, answer customer questions and handle scheduling. The reality of this situation, however, is that the field construction manager spends most of his time scheduling work crews and stages, not inspecting quality. A Centralized Scheduling system relieves the Construction Process Manager of that responsibility, enabling him to focus solely on quality and customer service.

Centralized Purchasing

Centralized Purchasing is the result of the first two processes. This more efficient building system enables Envision Homes to buy large quantities of materials and have them delivered right on time, because the schedule will be established for a previously  determined number of homes. Centralized purchasing allows for higher quality materials at a better price, less waste, and savings passed on to the homebuyer.

Value Engineering

Envision Homes also works with the best designers in the industry on Value Engineering in order to identify areas that waste space, add unnecessary costs, or decrease structural integrity. Simply stated, addressing those issues results in a bigger home for less money.

Experienced Trade Partners

Controlled volume allows Envision Homes to guarantee contractors a steady flow of work, which makes them want to work hard to keep Envision Homes’ business. Getting the best crews at the best prices means better quality and lower home prices… and more savings for you!
