This 48,000 square-foot complex helped fill the need for upscale office space in Merced with a beautiful design that distinguished it from run-of-the-mill corporate buildings. A strong reception allowed this project to finish one year ahead of schedule.

Realizing that storage space need not be an eyesore for the local community, Heritage collaborated with nationally recognized designers to combine utility with street appeal for this 100,000 square foot facility. The project required careful design to blend into the residential area.
